Customer Service Representatives
 
 
We are currently recruiting for bilingual Korean/English speaking Customer Service Representatives for the Verizon Wireless call center located in Rancho Cordova. Candidates MUST be FLUENT in both Korean and English
 
Start date: Monday February 15th, 2010
Location: Rancho Cordova
Hours:  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay: $13.50/hour
 
This is a pilot program lasting 60 days. If this program is successful, the position may be extended. The following is required without exception:
 
v     High School Diploma or GED
v     Criminal background search must be completely clean (no misdemeanors)
v     Drug screening is required
v     Call Center experience is a plus but not required
