Title: Insurance Sales Representative - Bilingual: Korean & English

Location: New York City

You will build and develop relationships with local religious institutions to promote Church Mutual insurance products and services. Ongoing support starts at our corporate state-of-the-art-training center and continues with guidance from industry professionals at every step of your career. Responsibilities:

· Sell, service and retain contracts of insurance exclusively for Church Mutual in a territory with a significant number of Korean religious institutions in the greater New York City area.

· Develop a balanced personal plan for prospecting, selling and service work

· Identify and call on prospective clients

· Maintain and provide sales and activity reports to Division Manager

· Respond to, investigate, and provide response to customer inquiries with support from the Customer Service team

Qualifications:

· Must have fluent bilingual oral and written communication skills in Korean and English language

· Successful sales experience, to include prospecting, cold calling and closing

· Insurance background preferred but not required

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Computer literacy

· High energy level

· Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays

· Ability to work independently and meet sales goals – performance will be measured against assigned sales objectives and business retention
