The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for working an assigned territory to generate new Residential (Consumer) accounts for products that Comcast offers (High Speed Internet, Cable, telephone, etc.)
The Direct Sales Representative will conduct door-door canvassing techniques, network to gain referrals and participate in Retail drives on the weekends to generate business.
Responsibilities also include:
* tracking activities in territory to determine new sales techniques
* work with customers and prospective customers to determine if current packages are competitive for their needs
*work with internal Comcast teams to guarantee installations and customer service needs are met in timely manner
*provide reports and updates to Supervisor's and manager's as needed
This position requires the availability to work in territory from 11 am - 7 or 8 pm Tuesdsay - FRiday and to work an additional 8 + hours during the weekend.
